    I don't Know yet, Becuase I'm getting It From My friend Later Tommorow so I really Don't know sorry xD

    But What can you offer for it if the level was say, 25+?

    And an empoleon lvl 54

    only lvl 4 =( recently out of egg. Good for EV training and specialized training. But low level
     
    I have a ton of Squirtles (lvl 1).
     
    I have all water Pokemon, except Gorebyss and Huntail, if you have either of those we may be able to trade . . .
