Well, my classmate wants to know if this has happened to anyone else.

Apparently if you leave your Pokemon in the PokeWalker w/o walking it for a while it "leaves due to lonleiness"

He lost his event Jirachi too.. (I saw his game & PokeWalker it's not there. ;O; )

Woah, I didn't know this could happen,
I knew the Pokémon could get lonely... I didn't know it could go though..
Isn't there some option to get it back on his DS though?

@netto azure i don't think so. i put things in there just before i go to sleep so they aren't walking all night

Woah. Had no idea this was possible, but my Sudowoodo has been in my Pokewalker for like 3 day with barley any activity, and all it said was that he was looking around.

Yes, you do. I looked it up, expecially for you and found that you need to go to the PokéWalker screen and hold down "down," "x," and "L" for your Pokémon to come back to you. I hope this helps! ^_^

    P.S. Today's my birthday!!!

That's pretty scary o_o it's a good thing all of my important Pokemon are on Platinum.
I looked it up and saw this on Serebii:
There is no way to lose your Pokemon while it is in the Pokéwalker. Running out of batteries will simply make you lose steps and Watts. Your Pokemon will be safe. If you are to lose your Pokéwalker, then you can restore your Pokemon back into your games. As a note, if you happen to find your Pokéwalker after you have restored your Pokemon, you can not send the other one inside of the Pokéwalker back to the game (essentially cloning). To get your Pokemon back if ever your Pokéwalker breaks/gets lost, go the Pokéwalker Connection Screen and press & hold:

    • [*]Up + Select + R
Not sure if that helps, though.

Sorry Netto, but like said it is impossible to lose your Pokémon on the PokéWalker. I'd just tell your friend to follow the directions given in the posts above to retrieve it back on the game, especially since it's the Event Jirachi. D:

... But with it being impossible to lose your Pokémon on it, that means it can't really happen to anyone else. So...
