Lotad Card

Hey I have a question for everyone. I have a Lotad Card that has an HP of 3260.
10/1660.

I have been told it is a fake which with the HP I am sure that is true, but where would this have come from.

Does anyone have any feedback for me? I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm guessing a dollar discount store (where I've seen the most fakes), but fakes sometimes slip into repackaged third-party products as well.
