So long as Zapdos has the IV combination & moves right, it doesn't matter which gen it's on. As for the Mew, can you give the nature & moveset on it?

The Mew is Timid. I don't know the exact IV combination of Zapdos, but it has outstanding potential, according to the judge, and the base power of HP Ice is 70.
