eeh...in paint? I use photoshop! However in paint, theres not much to it besides knowing the pokemon's anatomy; look at a lot of pictures! I used to use paint tho... Hrm, just use the curve tool at around the 2nd or 3rd thickness and draw its outline from there. Then use the paint bucket to fill in the colors.

Not that I draw very well. I could try to draw a Lucario pic, and post it here, if my scanner would only co-operate... >_>
