1. 3 vs 3 (means you have 3 people represent your gym and I have 3 people represent my gym)
2.No ubers
3.You do not have to use your gym type teams pokemon

Each gym leader may say who they want to nominate. You can only nominate 1 person. I will nominate Wolflare.

Its 3 from this gym and 3 people from my gym in a standard pokemon battle. Means no ubers, no ohko and all that other stuff.
