    For me:
    i caught a level 15 larvitar that was shiny and had pokerus and then when i checked its iv's att def and hp were 31 speed was crappy though (iv of 4)
     
    Catching legendaries on the first try of a ball and getting Pokerus. Nothing too lucky has ever happened to me.
     
    I found Torchic.

    Seriously, what was Game Freak thinking when they put him in? It's too powerful in my opinion.
     
    for me it was when i traded kadabra for kadabra on GTS couse then i got a Adamant Alakazam who became the main pokemon in my team and beat every gym leader on it's own and almost beat the e4 on it's own aswell
     
    hatching a modest shiny magby with perfect iv's.....buuuut, my lil bro started my game over....but i'm not too mad.....
     
    Lucky:My Shiny Growlithe has a 31 IV in attack =D And is Adamant!

    Unlucky:Though to my dismay my Shiny Krabby has 0 in 2 or 3 stats T0T AND HE TOOK SO FREAKING LONG TO FIND... I guess atleast he was Adamant...
     
    Cynthia, on my second run of the Elite 4. All I had left was Dragonair, level 47, and it wiped the floor with her Garchomp AND her Roserade. It was so incredibly kick ass. I survived with 4 HP on the Dragonair.

    Ever since, I prefer second evolutions to final, but for the sake of battling, I use the finals.
     
    beating the galactic dudes and only have my kadabra with red health left, then going straight to palkia and catching it as soon as the battle starts with a quickball.
     
    legit dialga off gts, found shiny golbat and electrike (crap nature so cant be bothered raising them)
     
    I found getting a female Timid Rioru egg on my first hatching to be pretty lucky since I was going to go back and soft reset for an appropriate one...
     
    Well one time I was looking to breed the Beldum i just caught to get an Adamant one and the very first egg hatched me an Adamant one. Turns out I never added it to my team yet, not even ev trained or raised. I might do it in the future though, my team keeps changing up for some reason.
     
    I was just wandering around in Granite Cave in my ruby till i found a Shiny aron.
     
    Never really had the greatest luck, but I suppose it was catching Dialga first time with an Ultra Ball without losing a single Pokemon.

    Also finding Cresselia just 2 minutes after it flying away from the island you find it on, meaning I didn't have to chase it round and round like the Dogs and Mesprit.

    No such luck with finding Shinies though :(
     
    Finding two light balls, one Lucky Egg and three electrizers.
     
    Listed in order:

    1. Obtaining Pokerus in the first week of playing D/P. Luxray caught it off of a Tentecreul and I was like OMG when Nurse joy said what she did. I didn't even beat the Elite 4 yet!

    2. Owning 12 shinies. 2 Caught on exactly the same day, three in exactly the same month and two in exactly the same week on exactly the same year.

    3. Threw one ball at Cresselia and Mespirit and caught them in one go. That was in the same ten minutes too.

    4. First shiny egg hatch had to be a cindaquil...
     
    Putting a Max Repel on and taking two steps to find a shiny Sneasel.

    Or trading this guy a lv. 15 Geodude for a lv. 30 Mew.

    He just needed a Geodude badly and I was like O_O OMG.
