My Plusle is level 100 and besides *sends out Minun, Raichu, Pikachu, Pichu* I have back up and they're all level 100! *sends out Ampharos, Raikou, Lugia, Zapdos, etc etc* XD
 
Lol i need to do more lugia sprites so peoples give me ideas :P

Need sprite.... *burns up* I think Lugia body is mostly silver and the rest of the parts are dark blue, Eli!
