I'd assume it does, given that it has so many other pieces of information (like moveset, EV yield, etc), so omitting stats wouldn't be the best move for the lukomon dev team.
 
I think they'd said some pages back that they'll add those stats sooner or later, since it's a lot of work. Well no problem for me, i'm not someone who has to lookup Pokémon stats, seeing their moves, evolutions, items, egg group and locations is enough for me. And anyways, there are external links, so I guess you can just go to Serebii to check Pokémon stats :D
 
@ Eclipsed Gaia: Pokafreak is right. We don't support base stats at the moment. We could have just displayed the stats on every Pokémon profile but we want to make it awesome! And I think we can, with your help :)
I've read about filtering on base stats but we'd like to hear more, so everyone please tell me: what are your ideas, suggestions on stats?

Your suggestions matter! Base stats will make it into 1.1 which will be released in a couple of weeks :)

For me it's not that big of a deal, but I'd assume it's an essential part of a Pokémon knowing what its statistics are. I mean, if you're gonna go ahead and add stuff like EV yields and movesets, why not? It's extra work, but it'll bring more fans, so it's worth it.

I absolutely cannot wait for this to be released...I just downloaded the latest Pokédex app in the App Store, and I must say, it's missing quite a few efficient things there. I can see you've done a much better job. Good luck with this :D
 
Well lets see, if we add the stats, thats alot of work to do for each pokemon n smogon, if u decide to do it get the stats from there, has everything for it n to me it would be a slight bit much to scroll through, if u could make it more of a tab u can click to show/hide the stats that would be good....
 
Having Base Stats in a separate tab seems like a good idea. Oh, and in that same tab, putting the EV Yield as part of the stats would be awesome too.
 
Wow you guys sure want a lot for your money. The app is less than two bucks! You can't even buy a good coffee with that money! At least I'm happy with what we're getting now, and they'll be updating the app so that's good.
 
I'm happy with what the App has now, but Kombo asked for suggestions and that's what we're offering.
 
Nope, not there yet. But as I've heard, it can take up to 6 work days for apple to aprove an app. If Kombo submitted it last Friday, that means Apple has had three days to review it. So I think we're halfway there.... :)
 
Hey, yes the app's status is still "waiting for review" but once it has changed state it will be available within 24-48 hours. I predict wednesday is the day.

I've said it before but lukomon really is a labor or love and we we want people to enjoy it. And we'll always be looking for ways to improve it. We don't want to make big money, just enough to cover the time and effort we've put into it (a lot).
 
Yeah, I reckon that when the app goes out, a lot of people will buy it, from the fact of the thread here and the overall fact that it includes more a less everything you need in a Pokedex.

im gonna buy it no doubt, but for the apple users, sad thing is thers a way to dl all apps for free so its gonna suck for sales there

I have a question, even though this says it's only available for iPhone/iPod Touch and Android will it possibly be available someday for other mp3s or phones w/ diff. operating systems? Me having a Zune HD means no pokedex app for me D: Though understandable since it should be available to the mp3s/OSs that have the largest database of users.
 
PiPVoda: At the moment we're focussing on solid iPhone/iPod Touch and Android releases. Since we aren't even at that point yet I can't guarantee anything. If we get enough requests we'll consider it. A webversion is on the roadmap too (surprise!) with which we plan to support alternative platforms :)
 
looks fantastic. more features than i could ever ask for. i'm really anticipating the release, because a pokedex on hand is indescribably convenient for someone like me. this way, i won't have to get online every five minutes to check stats, info, etc. <3 thanks for making this! i know it was a lot of work. <3
 
I hope it's going to release today. :)

Also, PC version? That sounds really interesting!
