Since the question also asks about who I want to fight side by side with, then definitely Vivi... I really don't need an easily-annoyed woman to pick on my back everytime I do something wrong o.o;

she is grumpy but i am so taken with her. Magics are good what do you like Vivi's Flare or Lulu's Flare and why. Vivi's flare because its easy to learn.

Yeah you wanna know somthing its harder to learn some black magic on FFX on FFIX ITs more on the weapon side really and the sphere grid. Expert means anyone can be a blakc mage.

I dislike the sphere grid too. The learning of spells from weapons is better. I also prefer FF1's style of buying spells, but I dislike the spells per day system...

Well, according to what I know about the sphere grid within 6 hours of playing on it, it really doesn't make a character that unique if the player has patience... eventually you can walk everywhere on the grid and make everyone know everything... o.o; A character loses his/her/its uniqueness then.

So yes I still prefer FF9 system the most ^_^ FF8 system is just crappy in terms of drawing (but refining stuff is so fun), and materia/magicite have the same problem with the sphere grid... Dress sphere has the same problem...

true its like i thought when i first played on FFX wow the sphere grid looks like everyone has one of there own and then i found out they do not so it was crap. FFVIII Drawing got on my nerves nothing good there all the same. FFIX Thats a good game High Mage Staff and Flame Staff. FFVII Good for introducing magic for PS1 got to admit it. What is your views on a better system. oh and dressheres are annoying because you have to wait.
