[Questions] Lunala GX unusual foil

I found in my collection a pair of Lunala GX cards both with very different foil types. Was wondering if this was a misprint or possibly a fake.

The untextured one is fake. The border's too thick, the Psychic symbol in the Ability text is misaligned, Pokémon is missing the accented "é" in the GX Attack text, the fonts are wrong, and the set symbol is too large.
