That would be very hard to get with those IVs. Plus, I'd need a parent Lucario with those egg moves.

i know it would be hard thats why i was gonna offer you alot for it, if either you or me can finda a lucario with those moves could you do it?
If you can find a male lucario with decent IVs and those moves, then I could give it a go.

Treecko: Nature that ups speed, lowers SP Attack-----Egg Move Grasswhistle------NICKNAME "Blade" sentence case
Lotad: Nature that ups SP Attack, Lovers Attack--------Please teach the Lotad Icy Wind if you can.------ NICKNAME "Tango" sentence case
Treecko needs egg moves since grass types have a lot of weaknesses. I actually designed a grass gym using good grass types that would counter all of its weaknesses, so I'm good with grass types.
If it's too much, Forget the egg moves. I'm gonna leave this post here now and I'll give you the code once you decide whether you can complete it or not. Since my internet is suckage. I'll update with my code soon.
