lol has anyone gotten a lvl 2 with skills full and health and all?? well my friend did but it took a LONG time to do it. it was a secret weapon against my lvl 100s. we versed and he had 6 lvl 2s with full skills and health.!!!!

i think u can if u have a lv 2 pkm with endeavor than take it down (i don't mean the move take down!!!)

no tm for endeavor, but u can breed a pkm with endeavor like swallow. so u got a lv 5 one, i don't think u can breed out a lv 2 one.
