    I likely suspect all the Lyra hate is due to her outfit reminding us too much of Mario. I personally think she's cute, but I can understand if people think it's an uncreative design.

    I would have much prefered Kris to Lyra in HGSS. I guess I can understand the justification for changing to Lyra, but I always thought Kris was really memorable for breaking the brown haired protagonist model they had in every other game until XY.
