So... I'm sure guys have memorized the whole lyrics of some certain songs. But I was inspired to make this thread out of an occasion at school:

We had a field trip in our film class and the trip back was boring. So... one of my friends decided to sing the first lines of Bohemian Rhapsody. And immediately, people followed. And it went on until the whole class was singing it (except for the poor souls who don't even know the song...). Everyone was singing... high notes, low notes, etc... and the best part about it was when we came across the second solo of the song and we all headbanged. It was awesome.

So yeah... here's my list of memorized songs:

    Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen
Don't Stop Me Now by Queen
I Want To Break Free by Queen
We Will Rock You by Queen
We Are The Champions by Queen
    Killer Queen by Queen
    Fat Bottomed Girls by Queen
Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin
Ultra Violet (Light My Way) by U2
Pride (In The Name of Love) by U2
With or Without You by U2
Running to Stand Still by U2
    Exit by U2
All I Want Is You by U2
The Entire Achtung Baby by U2 album... (Yes, I have no life...>>)
which include: Zoo Station, Even Better Than The Real Thing, One, End of the World, So Cruel, The Fly, Mysterious Ways, Tryin' to throw your arms around the World, Ultra Violet (Light my Way), Acrobat, and Love is Blindness
Smells Like Teen Spirit by Nirvana
    Rape Me by Nirvana
    Lithium by Nirvana
    Everlong by Foo Fighters
In Your Honor by Foo Fighters
Lucy in the Sky of Diamonds by The Beatles
Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band by The Beatles
    .... I can't really think much right now...>>

Sounds like that scene from Wayne's world.

I know the lyrics for too many songs, Any song that I remotely like it will stick in my head so I'd say.

    Anything On...

    Keane~Hopes & Fears
Pink Floyd~Dark side of the moon
    Eminem~Curtain Call
    Evanescance~Anywhere but home
    Queen~Greatest hits 1/2

I'm weird. I listen to music all the time, yet I seldom bother to even attempt to learn the lyrics.

Here are the few I know...

    Game Over by Lil Flip
    Still Fly by Big Tymers
Get Ya Mind Right by Young Jeezy
    Air Forces by Young Jeezy
    Dear Mama by 2Pac

Other than a few I'm missing, that's it. As you can see, I tend to learn lyrics to hip-hop songs faster than anything else...that is, if I'm trying.

    Evanescene: Bring Me to Life
Queen: Another One Bites the Dust
    Queen: Killer Queen
    Queen: Bohemian Rhapsody
    Eyes on Me: Faye Wong

Thats all I can think of. Much of the music I listen to is from games or classical, so it doesn' have lyrics.

I don't actually actively learn lyrics, but having been brought up in a musical household the songs tend to settle in my head without me trying. So I'll hear a song and I'll start singing along to it. Perhaps I'll make a big list of every song I've ever learnt the lyrics to...

So I know all the Green Day songs by heart. (Yes, ALL 140 of them, even Jesus of Suburbia, which is even easier because the lyrics are catchy)

Back in my Simple Plan days, I memorized all of their songs, so I know all of their songs by heart too.

Weird Rock, End, State of Fear, Redemption, Suffer For The Fame, Bring Me Down, My Therapy, Before I Go- Useless I.D.

My Immortal, Everybody's Fool, My Tourniquet, Where Will You Go, Fields of Innocence, Hello, Forgive Me, Whisper, Before the Dawn, Missing, and Going Under- Evanescence (I know Broken too, but it's not fully Evanescence's song anyways)

The Middle- Jimmy Eat World (As much as I love this band, their lyrics are outstandingly hard o_o)

Scream Out- The Unseen (Yeah, spazzo songs are kind of hard to memorize partially because I don't have time to actually comprehend all the lyrics, as much as I would like to XD)

Liberate, 10,000 Fists- Disturbed (Not that I can actually sing the songs, but kay.)

Rank-N-File, Tearing Down the Borders- Anti-Flag (And I feel horrible for not memorizing their songs too well. I know bits and pieces, but still)

    Darkside- Kisschasy

Time To Waste, This Could Be Love, Warbrain- Alkaline Trio

Kay so I would go on for hours, but I'm not going to do so.
