It's not working. Celebi is first in my party, but the event won't start. Is there something I have to do before getting Zorua?

OK sorry about that I've never done this either... do you just want a Zorua with Snarl giveaway if it doesn't work?

I'd need something a little better than just one Shiny since it's shiny, lvl 100, and EV'd...

No thanks =\ I already have a Feraligatr... and if there's nothing special about it it's not worth the Milotic.
