I think we all have made up an evolution of an existing pokemon in our heads and let me state my favorite, Blazcanid. Give an Arcanine a Sun Stone and it will evolve into a fire/electric type Blazcanid.
My second favorite is Zomamba and Cehisser. Cehisser is the baby evolution of Seviper, it will evolve with happiness, and it is also just poison, and Seviper would evolve into Zomamba, which is Dark/Poison type and would evolve at level 55.
