Description: Using its psychic abilities, it can always tell when a rule has been broken, it then attacks the offender with its amazing thread locking abilities.

Evolutionary line: Mizaki > Lv.16 > Unbreakable > Lv.22 > Serene Grace

Mr. L *bulbagarden.net image removed* *bulbagarden.net image removed* The Secret Plumbing Pokémon. Mr. L is the evolved form of Mr. K and the pre-evolved form of Mr. M. Mr. L often inhabits tufts of grass in shady areas under rocks or near caves. They use their moustaches to pick up vibrations in the air and sense approaching enemies. If provoked, they will throw wrenches and other plumbing equipment.
 
Kip

Type: Water

Description: Recently discovered, the Kip is the pre-evolved form of Mudkip. It prefers swimming in ponds while coming out only to take rests in the shade. It is only found in secret ponds located around Isshu.

A somewhat peaceful Pokemon that uses its signature ability serene grace. It also likes Isketch
 
AceDragonite
Dragon/Flying

Few have seen this Pokemon, its appearance has been described as similar to that of a Dragonite but considerably bigger with silver colouring. Due to the small amount of sightings, many believe this Pokemon is nothing more than folklore of Blackthorn City.
 
Mr. L - The Luigi Pokemon

Grass/Dark

Mr. L are only native to the MushroomKingdom, and even then they are still rare. If they collect enough small "Mushrooms", it triggers evolution, however this is very rare.

They have been seen fighting with their brother species, but will work with them to fight turtle Pokemon, as they remind the two species of another rival Pokemon.

Electric/Ice

Color: Seethrough
Height: 2'9
Weight: 42lb
It is commonly seen in freezing areas, constantly making balls of ice, then throwing them and shocking them as practice for what's ahead of them. Usually agressive to non-ice types
Area: SS Anne, Isshu, route 216
 
XD Isshu needs an Electric/Ice type!

Helvetica
Flying Type
The Forgetful Pokemon

Colour: White with either a blue or red gem on its forehead, (Depending on which personallity)
Height: 3'7
Weight: 30lb
The Helvetica often sub-consiously call things by different names, often resulting in confusing their trainers and fellow Pokemon. They are also known to have a split-personallity syndrom; one side being light-hearted and sympathetic, the other being competitive, and dominant.
Area: Migrates across Johto

The NoHope Pokémon - Whenever this Pokémon starts any form of activity it is inevitably doomed to fail as it will always give in if the going gets too tough. It not only has this affect on itself, but on others in its vicinity. It is therefore recommended that trainers keep their distance, as attempting to capture it may prove futile.

Water/Electric
The meme-hating pokemon
Kip is typically found in the Pokemon Trivia area of the PokeCommunity Region. Kip is from the UK, and is therefore better than you by definition. Trainers beware, Kip does not like to take orders.

Very little is known about the Akita, other than they enjoy RolePlaying as Pokemorphs. They are known to have two forms, the other being known as 'Haspop'

Area: Broken Dreams Blvd.

This Pokemon is famous for attempting to get females with cheesy and face palming pick up lines. And there is only one in the world!

The Hip-hop pokemon
Color: Red & Grey
Iquid is one of those neat pokemon that you find in Canada. It tends to hang out with Magikarp, though no one yet has discovered the reasoning behind this. He lives in the age of hysteria (Green Day reference), and yet he has not posted often in the PC Region.

Akita

Dark Type
Camouflage Pokemon

Can disguise itself to look like anything by rapidly growing the fur on its head to cover its whole body. Has often been mistaken for a Bear-Skin Cap.

Normal
The Hatorade Pokemon
This pokemon, similar to the Kip, is also found in the UK. Sho7gun cannot possibly be an American Idiot, because of that. He is a n00b in the PC Region, having been discovered in September. Little else is known about this pokemon.

Akita
Normal/Dark

While having only been around for a couple months, Akita has made it's mark. Early signs include songs by Green Day playing. It is mostly found on Cycling Road running away from Drowzees, who loves to eat Akita's dreams.
 
Sammyskitty
Ghost
Zombie Pokemon

Sammyskitty can often be seen preparing for the apocalypse and has been known to hoard weapons. Despite this, Sammy has a gentle nature and apparently hangs around nightclubs in spare time.

Species: The Skimmer Pokemon

Colour: Dark grey with a beige underbelly
Height: 6'4
Weight: 400.0lb
Diablerie are known to be social, relaxed Pokemon, who enjoy flying at high speeds just above the waters surface. They seem to have a symbotic relationship with Buizel, harvesting fruit for them in exchange for defense. While they can swim easily, they much prefer to fly using their wings, even if it is for only a few minutes or so. They also seem to be intelligent Pokemon, as they often enjoy solving trivia from Trainers and Pokemon.

Although a very bashful Pokemon, GrifSpark will speak up when a topic it likes comes up. They enjoy imitating a PokeDex. It is said that a trainer will come across one, easily mistaking it's cry as another trainer's PokeDex.
