[Other] Make one sprite follow another

I actually have a fair amount of experience in hacking, but I didn't know where else to post this. What would be the best way to go about being able to walk around with another sprite following you?

Feel free to suggest more complex methods, like I said I have some experience and I'm perfectly OK with having to ask for more help :)

I think someone did that, in the R&D thread about the follow me script. However, they said it was very buggy :O
