whats the best tank (not including rhyperior)? AKA high ATK and DEF and usualy low SP DEF SP ATK AND SPD?

Swampert, Donphan, Bronzong, Spiritomb, Dusknoir... They all make good tanks in their own regards

Slowbro, Forretress, Donphan, Skarmory, and Hippowdon make pretty decent Physical Tanks.

I just checked the Serebii pokedex for that. and you right. I said "holy crap". It's Special Defense isn't that great, however.
