4th Gen Mamoswine?

    So I got a Swinub and rare candied the daylights out of it until it evolved and continued to do so until lvl 99 and he/she still hasn't learned Ancientpower the move necessary for it to evolve. I checked bublapedia and it says Lvl at which it learns the move -? Any suggestions would be great
     
    You need to go to the person who makes pokemon remember their moves, since Piloswine at Lv 1-5 automatically gets Ancient Power.
     
    Use rock smash on the rock-piles in Cianwood City to find a Heart Scale, then I think the man who teaches Swinub the move is in Blackthorn City, you'll need a heart scale as like payment for him teaching the move. Hope this helps, good luck :)
