It's almost 10:30 Pm for me.

Font and text size must be visible! The abridge must be appropriate. That's all I can think of so far. Text size around 13 or 14 if it can fit.
 
That sounds good! The only thing we have to work is how we are going to judge the entries although we have a date for it but figuring out how to judge it would be helpful. Also the prizes/Emblems. One for Partcipate, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

What about instead of 1-10 we can do 1-5 for each category that you listed. Then we add them all up together to get the finshing result.

how about just a 1st, runner up for 2nd/3rd and then a participants one? no need to clog up the system with emblems that are only being used once xD

Oh good idea! Runner up could take care of 2nd/3rd. I think we have all the main points taken care of. I'll modify my post once we hook the computer back up. I would use CSS but I know nothing about it XD.
