Much too simple, you haven't given any tips on design, or how to actually use the colors. I believe Shady's tutorial to be superior (I posted it here: https://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=143255. I'm sorry but it's pretty good for basics...

You need to show HOW to apply the colors, you know how, but since you're making a tutorial, the readers most likely will not. You need to explain which colors go where, what you think is the best way to place them, etc.
Your region is also a little bland. The routes are all straight lines from one city to another, and so they appear rather square.
