Most of SEED's voice actors are the same as Inuyasha's one isn't it?

Both of them were dubbed by the Ocean Group, that's why. Kelly Sheridan does the voices of Sango and Stellar, for example. Matt Hill is both Kira and Bankotsu, while Kirby Morrow is the voice of both Rey and Miroku. And of course, Inuyasha's VA, Richard Ian Cox, does the voices of both Tolle Koenig and Shani Andras. XD
