Do s-mods have the power to unban and get passes?

We could start narrowing it down...

I know Renji, Cowrie, Morkula and Lightning were on, then Renji went offline and Kurosaki came online. Bleh, not like that proves anything. :P

He was banned when I first saw his post. Maybe it could of been some sort of glitch? Unlikely though.
