Gah, I just replied! And I just read your "custom" thing. I made a backsprite fusion for a custom sprite, as I can't do backsprites. Or icons (if the fakemon/new pokes are gonna be wild ones, too). -And use the shiny for Ensuikou, please. I forgot to put that in the PM.-

Yes, I know, but it is kinda hard to judge distance with the Polygon Lasso Tool.

The pixels should be (I may be wrong, but) 8 pixels wide.

Yeah, it's the lasso tool that selects polygonal (straight shapes) areas. I might start using the regular selection tool tho...
