    What exactly does it mean when under a username it reads "booted out?" Did the member get banned or something?
     
    Yes, that is exactly what it means.

    That's exactly it. I'm not sure what the usertitle for someone who's been temporarily banned is though.

    Edit: Wow, beaten.
     
    Although just to clarify "Booted Out - Don't Be Like Me" was used for both permanent and temporary bans back in the day even though there was another title for temporary bans. I assume the same is true now with "Booted Out".
     
    When you ban someone you have to select to move them to the temporarily banned user group. (I never remember to. D:) If you don't it just says "Booted out".
     
    Booted out for a while means banned temporarily, and Booted out means banned forever. I hope that helps! :D
