Hi! This is iXerneasLevelX and I wanted to know whether mew ex can attack from the bench using its ability, Versatile.

No. No Pokemon can launch an attack from the Bench. Pokemon can use their Abilities/PokePowers/PokeBodies to deal damage from the bench, but using an attack is something only an Active Pokemon can do.
