Mew picking an apple from... an oak tree?

I made this picture a few weeks ago, but I couldn't get onto PokeCommunity to post it. The story behind this picture is that Mew was flying through... trees and saw a young Pokemon (let's say Togepi) crying, because it was hungry. Mew saw nothing etable for the youngster, so it flew up to an old oak bearing an acorn; Mew used it's amazing powers to transform the acorn into an apple.​

This would have been better if the trees were well colored, but I couldn't get it right...
