Sorry, been at a mates all day, so just starting now.
And would've been fine either way, I have ability capsules, sheer force isn't hidden so ability capsule will give it that ability if it had Iron Fist.
Should be ready soon

They're move tutor moves in OR. So I went and taught them it with my Battle Points.
