how does a shiny ev'd togekiss and a shiny ev'd lucario sound? the togekiss is flawless but the lucario is not.

Hello I just got my new pokemon white after years(haven't played any pokemon since pokemon red :) ) and started with oshawott.However, since charmender is my favorite could you please breed a charmender for me? I don't have anything useful right now and I want to level my charmender with my team not after I beat the game. And if you can't do it, thanks anyways :)
