[Scripting Question] Minior Pokemon_Forms script?

While adding the Shields Down ability, I realized that I needed a Pokemon_Forms script...
Do any of you have it?
Is it needed?

Just look at what is done for Vivillion and copy that script, but make sure that you add a check to prevent the form on creation from being "Shields Up" Form

If you are using mybuisness' version of Shield's Down then you don't even have to do that.
