3rd Gen Mirage Island??

    When you come to Pacidflog Town (The floating one) and enter the house in the top down right corner and talk to the old guys in there they're talking about a "Mirage Island", what is this? Is it the island where you catch Rayqaaza or the island the battletower is on, or a, as they self say, an island that is disapperaing and reappear some times?
     
    Mirage island is an weird island that appears when one of your pokemon hidden number matches with the m. island number.
    this number is random, and is given to your pkmn when you put it on a box.

    m.island its in route 129-130 and only has wynauts level 1 to 50
