I think the cries have a pretty decent influence on beauty, and in accordance with looks, Milotic and Froslass probably take the cake. Elegant seems like a better word, but it's all pretty similar. So yeah think twice next time you hate on Feebas and Snorunt.

Wow, no one said Roserade? I'm surprised; imo, Roserade is one of the most beautiful Pokemon out there. Mega Ampharos is also incredibly beautiful with that luscious hair and those cute horns. I wouldn't hesitate to say Xerneas, either.
 
This will probably seem out of left field.....

but I wonder if the choices we make are because we think they really are beautiful or because they fit into our definition of beautiful.

There are pokemon I'd say look "beautiful" but I wouldn't say they were the most visually appealing to me.
