"Well, it would help out a little, if I actually understood some of what was going on, but I will neevr make you tell me anything."

Zeth could still tell she was very terrified. He didn't really know what to do to make her feel better, so he did what came natural to him. He stroked her hand very gentle, and ran his fingers through her hair, trying to reassure the adolescent.

Liadan smiled softly.

"I know this isn't the best thing, but perhaps you could lead me to Madame Pomferey's wing and perhaps sit with me for the remainder of the afternoon...?"

Her voice drifted and in her mind's eye, she could see the male rejecting the idea and going off to class. Liadan really did not want that and really knew not why she was going to reveal to him... Everything. Zeth just seemed so... So trustworthy...

"Sure, I'd be glad to sit with you."

He gave her a warm smile, and stood up, and helped her up. The two walked together to Madame Pomfrey's, and as she got comfortable, he set all of his attention to what she was going to tell him, what she was going to reveal.

Liadan nodded, and as the pair entered the Hospital Wing, the girl hastily explained to the mediwitch that she'd been having fainting spells. The woman instructed the girl to take a dosage of a special potion and lie down for the afternoon. Liadan was also forced to explain that Zeth was there to keep her awake because when she lasped into the spells, she convulsed erratically, which was a lie, but it kept him by her bedside.

Liadan clambered into the white bed and settled into the pillows, beginning her speech.

"So... Now I am to tell you everything about me... Where to begin? Ah..."

The girl smiled and gave a sigh.

"I am Aerin Mindelove. We met last year on the rooftops, only then I had dark, short hair, darker skin, I was shorter, rounder, and a distant, different person. That was all a charm. My true hearth is Liadan Raveneal, daughter of Madeline Easaliea and Ronan Raveneal. My brother's name is Alec Raveneal, my guardian as of now. Years ago, when the Dark Lord was brought about again and his Death Eaters were everywhere, my family was a target. We were a pureblood family and my father and mother refused to turn unlike my grandpapa who became a minion at the first sign of threat. Voldemort was furious with my mum and dad because of their defiance and we were forced to move from our estate in Scotland to our cabin in Cambridge and again to our small seaside house in Ireland. They followed us... Tracked us... These Godforsaken men and women knew where we were and when Father would go to work, he'd venture home and we all knew that someone had hexed him with an Unfogiveable again... Two years after the torture began, we believed that we were no longer under watch by Him. My family and I lived peacefully for a month or so until one day, when the two of them were having their afternoon tea, they were cursed. The tea had been "spiked" in a manner-"

At this point, Liadan's eyes were flooded with tears and they spilled over in gracious heaps of rivers.

"Someone had sold them teabags with an extinct herb that was used for killing people. The method was that they were to succumb to a deep sleep and slowly, very slowly they would be eaten alive by their own acidic content. I recall seeing them like this every night that I have lived since regaining my memory. You see, Alec, my brother had he and I both go under an alias and move in to my family's cottage in Oxfordshire. He was known as Andrew Mindelove and to everyone we met during those six years, we were orphans, cared for by our au pair. Only the maid knew our secret, for if anyone found out, we could've possibly died. But one day... I lost it. I was sick of playing this dress-up charade. I was tired of being someone I wasn't and tired of having to be charmed up to look like something that in no way resemble me. I blew up at my brother, screaming and lashing out. He had to stupefy me... Rendering me unconcious... He cleared my memory of everything that had happened and retaught me my part of the play that we acted out daily. I bought it all, but I was so distant, not knowing anything anymore. I had my suspicions and last summer... Alec came clean... He told me everything... Every single detail... He took off the charm and he showed me who I really was... I don't know who I am anymore... And it's frightening... I keep asking myself, is this God's idea of punishing me? But I never get an answer..."

Liadan allowed the tears to fall and by now, her robes were soaked.

"But most recently, I was confronted with my ability to converse with the reptiles known as snakes... Wonderful isn't it? Another Gryffindor sumbitted to the horrors of Salazar Slytherin... I'm simply overwhelmed... And I hate it... That and the nightmares... The memories... Everything is so scary... So frightening..."

Zeth was completely overwhelmed, he had no clue, and it all just came to him, he was hit with the truth, the same truth he had been longing to hear for a long time. He watched the girl break down and cry, he watched it all, yet he couldn't move for a while, it was as if he was stupefied. As she was crying, he held her in his arms, he spoke to her his heart.

"Look, I never knew, I had no idea.... I think my life is tough, yet I look at you, all you've gone through... I don't know what to do as well... I don't fit in here, I was enver one for magic, yet I study hard, I practice a lot, but I don't like the way things are done, if it were up to me, we would have raised an army long ago, we would have fought against him to the end long ago. But we didn't, nor will we anytime soon. but you know what? I'm here for you, and I'm not going to leave any time soon. My parents, my father anyways, he was an Auror, he never directly fought him, but he did go against Voldemort. He and a few other Aurors indirectly fought him, they fought death eaters, and other countless criminals. My last words to him, ' Don't go away for so long this time' still ring in my ears this very day. I never found out what happened to him, all I know is that he went on another fight against some remaining death eaters but he never came back..."

Zeth himself shed a few tears while holding Liadan, but he didn't fight it. A few of them fell on her robe, the rest staining his cheeks. He didn't hold back anything, this had to happen, they both related to one another, and they were both there for each other.

"I.. I'm overwhelmed too, and as for Parseltongue, it isn't so much as a curse as a gift. So long as you don't abuse it, it can really come in handy. I... don't know what to do, I mena, I'm rebellious, sometimes I feel like quitting all of this magic business and try to be a Muggle, but I could never do that, not knowing the fate of my father. I share your pain Liadan, maybe not to the same extent, but I feel the horrors too... I feel it too..."

Zeth was losing control, his head rested on her shoulder, tears came freely to his face. He didn't fight it, he was with her, they had both told each other what was meant to be told, they were both releasing emotional tensions, they were both experiencing catharsis

When she left the class, she stopped by the entrance hoping she could talk to Cassidy and Terra. She smiled as she saw caught a glimpse of Cassidy, it was a great relief to be with her friends, especially beause of her incident. While walking towards Cassidy, she hummed a happy song. She stopped humming as her eyes widened. Berii was about to use a spell on him, when Snape released Cassidy. She gave a small sigh and walked away. Again, she stood by the entrance, now hoping Cassidy was alright.

I came out of Potions. I waited for Terra and walked with her.
"What have we got now?" I asked.

"Please Karli. I'm sorry for my little scene at lunch. I thought you hated my guts, so I wanted to forget about you. I'm sorry. I feel like I need to help you heal, I feel I need to repay you for the harm I caused you. Please Karli, let me help." I said as my eyes filled up with tears. I took my black leather gloves off and got ready to do the spell. Flame! I need your help. Let's see what our powers can do together. I could feel Flames mind molding with mine, until there wasn't Flames mind or Johanns mind. It was both of their minds, they had fused together, so that Flame was inside my body too. "Please Karli, this will be painless." I whispered.

"Dont you dare touch me!" I said as I made my way to the castle.

Cassidy looked very cross when she left potions. Her fists were clenched tightly, her shoulders hunched defensively, and her mouth set in a grim line. She tossed a nasty look back at the potions room, before she met up with Berii (and Terra?)

"What a horrible, horrible professor!" she hissed angrily, lookin at Berii fiercely. "I can't believe him! What teacher uses magic against their own students! Really!"

Her "r"s rolled viciously as she spoke and they made their way down the hallway. She took a deep breath, and let it out slowly, her shoulders relaxing. She looked back at Berii calmly now.

"Sorry" she said softly, her voice carryign remorse. "I never usually get so angry/ He just...really knows how to push a Gryffindor's buttons, doesn't he?"

She looked at Berii hopefully, wondering if she sould forgive Cassidy for being so malicious.

Liadan smiled against his own robe, odd enough. The girl was thankful for another friend though she couldn't help but wonder where Tristian might be...

God be with him... He and us all... whispered her mind sincerely.

Forcing herself to break away from Zeth, she eyed his face, a look of seriousness plastered at her features. Rubbing at the tear trails feverently with the sleeves of her robes, she cleared her throat.

"The war began when Voldemort was born... It was put at a rest when Harry Potter was able to vanquish the Dark Lord temporarily. He was brought about again but his faithful servant Wormtail, and now... It is up to this generation to do away with this evil creature. We must, for like Mr. Potter's own prophecy, this was forseen."

I was soon at the castle, and I went straight to the library. I searched the shelves, and reached for one. I couldnt reach it, for I was sitting down.
"Blimey..." I said as I gave up.

Cassidy passed by the library on her way to History. She had wanted to check the place out, since she had only seen it briefly when she toured the place.

After passing a few shelves, she noticed a girl in a wheelchair reaching desperately for a book. After looking to see if Berii was still with her, she went over to help.

"Hi," she said, retrieving the book that the girl was reaching for. "Here you go. My name's Cassidy. I'm new here. What's your name?"

She looked at her hopefully, hoping the girl wouldn't take offense at her assistance. The girl looked troubled, and Cassidy figures she would do what she could to help.

"Oh,thanks" I said. I moved a little way out into the open.
"Im Karli Linin. Its nice to meet you" I said, holding out my hand.

"It's nice to meet you too," Cassidy said with a smile. She shifted the weight of the bag on her shoulder, the weight of her books starting to cramp her muscles. She sighed, and pulled out her want. "Wingardian Leviosa."

The bag floated obediantly beside her. She looked at Karli with a smile.

"Try using a the summoning charm to get stuff you can't reach very well," she suggested. "I had to do that a lot when I broke my leg last year. It works really well once you get the hang of it." She chuckled. "Before I could do it well, I had managed to accidentally summon the teacher in the classroom I was in. That was pretty funny."

She smiled once more, running her fingers through her short blond hair in an effort to get it away from her cool blue eyes.

"I've got to get to History. Where are you headed?" she asked.

"I would of used a spell, but I couldnt reach my wand" I said, pointing to my book bag hanging over my wheelchair, with the wand sticking out of it.
"Im free right now. My schedule was cut short when I broke my back. I am happy my back will be healed tommorow. I hate missing classes!"

"I'm glad to hear you will be better tomorrow!" Cassidy said happily, looking towards the doorway of the library. She looked distant for a moment, thinking of her father. "Since you're free, would you mind showing me where the History classroom is?"

She brushed some dust off her black robes and looked at Karli hopefully.

"I'm not sure if I believe in prophecies or not, but I make my own destiny. Nonetheless, I'm going to destroy him, even if I go down too, he took my father, now I take him. This may have been prophesized or not, it doesn't really matter to me, I am going to do it, and if I don't, I will go down trying."

Zeth, a few moments ago crying, something you would almost never see, now became like his old self again. He had to admit to himself it was good to get it all off his chest, it felt great to have someone like her

"Sure" follow me", I said, stuffing the book into my book bag.
I lead Cassidy down the corridor, and up some marble stairs. I finally stopped in front of a classroom, with a wooden door.
"Here it is, good luck"

"Thanks. I'll see you around maybe?" Cassidy asked, trying to search out Karli's house colors, but she couldn't see them. "I'm in Gryffindor, so maybe I'll see you around dinner?"

She smiled and walked into the classroom to find a ghost sitting at the teacher's desk. She looked at the ghost, suprised, and took her seat in the front of the class. She took out her notebook and quill, and waited patiently for the rest of the students to file in.
