The thing I like about this tool is it's useful just for a normal playthrough of the original games (who DIDN'T want their Golbat to become a Crobat before the elite 4, and make the Team Rocket in Silph quest more bearable wioth running?).
 
this tool really comes in handy with my hack, because its in johto and i dont want to give away the national dex right away.

That's right, I have really improved Misc. Editor! It now has support for three ROMs! (Ruby, FireRed, and Emerald) Also, I really improved the loading system. So, download and see the new stuff! :)

Also, can't open .rar files? Well, then go here!
