do you have friends that you didn't meet at school? how did you meet them? is your closest friend from school or not? say anything else relevant.

don't include online friends, please, unless you met them online but see them regularly offline.

I have a lot of friends that I didn't meet from school. Most of them are neighbours which didn't go to the same school as I did. :P

My closest friend are from school, so yeah.

Most of the friends I don't meet at school I meet through my current friends. One of my best friend's last year had her birthday party after school at her school (we go to different schools) with her friends and invited me to come along.

I guess it was sorta awkward cause I didn't really know anyone there. Then earlier this year my friend and I went to a Con in our city and two of her friends came along with her. I definitely have gotten along better with them since - and we all chill at Maccas every Tuesday xD.

Closest friends I've all met at school though.

Yeh, I have friends I have met from nights out, anime conventions, old yugioh stands where we would play, current yugioh shops and so on.

I am good friends with a lot of them, more so than my school friends, because we have all moved on.

Two of my best friends I met during work experience at a toy store. They weren't even from that store, but from another one a few streets away (same branch). They visited one day because MY MENTOR HAD TOLD THEM THAT THERE WAS A NEW INTERN HOTTIE OR SOMETHING I ONLY HEARD THAT LATER that he said that about me lmao aahhh but yeah so that's how I met them hahaha.

Two of my best friends I met through the sheer coinkidink of living in the same street. When I met them, they were both attending this private school in my city - whereas my brother and I were attending the state school. About four years later, however, their mum decided to take them out of private school in order to make them grow up 'more adjusted', so they ended up going to the same school as me!

That being said, most of my interactions with them have been completely independent of school. My friends and their friends hung out in different social circles; we're not even the same age, with the elder of the two being a few years younger than me. We happened to be friends - and continued to remain so - because of our shared history, not any school-type-thingy.

My two closest friends are both from school. I haven't really met anybody by myself outside of school that I can really call a friend - and the two that I do think of as friends I met through the two friends from high school lol.

One of them my friend met at her kung fu class. He's 26 yet we still think of him as our age because he doesn't seem 26 at all, so he slid right into our little friendship group just fine.

The other one is my friend's mother. That might sound a little weird, to consider her a friend in her own right rather than just a friend's mother, but honestly words cannot describe how amazing she is. Sometimes I think I get along better with her than her daughter XD. But she had my friend when she was 20 years old so she's only just turned 41. And again, she is younger in spirit than most of us so it's hard to think of her as that old.

My only misc friends are online friends, haha. :( I've had a few anime con friends or, when I was a kid, I'd make friends at summer daycamps and keep in touch, but otherwise pretty much all my friends have been from school.

I don't leave the house much, I guess, and when I do, I'm just not the kind of person to strike up random conversations. When I was working, I was always either too old to fit into the social group of my coworkers or waaaaay too young, so I never made anything more than acquaintances there.

I think I have maybe one or two friends that are from school now and they're states away from me. Once I moved away I didn't keep friends. Been like that my whole life. Everyone else I know in town is either through my sister or through work. :s

My closest friends are all Internet friends though. I'm just able to keep better touch with them. idgi.

Uhh the only sorta long term ones were kinda two guys at bowling when I did bowl for like 6 years or something but since we all quit at the same time I haven't spoken to them since and never said much in the first place lool. One of those I used to have a crush on one though and then I realised he had a gf, so disappointed at that time loool. Also used to be friends with a girl from Sunday school who I don't see anymore but that was when I was really young and we pretended we were Pokemon :3

My closest friends are the two I met at work at my last job. We don't see much of each other anymore, though. The friends I met outside of school are only people I met at work from working together. I made a few friends through camps and things like that, but they weren't really people that I could really consider friends.
