Counterfeit. Fonts are off and that collector's number is for the Base Set, while the set symbol (the "2" with the Poke Ball in it) is for Base Set 2, which had 130 cards and none were secret rares, so collector's numbers should be X/130 for it. Also that holo pattern appears to be one that's not been used on any cards to my recollection, but that could just be the angle you took the photo from.

Different collector's number and fonts than the ones you've posted.

Notice the fonts on the legit one are different from yours? Pokemon cards NEVER have the wrong fonts on them. Only counterfeits do.

I'd make an image of your counterfeits and the legit ones side by side, but I'm posting from mobile and photo editing to put them side by side is a pain on mobile.
