Misprint or Counterfeit?

Hello Everyone!

I am brand new the community and was cataloging my collection when I noticed something off with my Nidoqueen. There doesn't seem to be a set symbol on the card. But when I checked the set catalogues, Nidoqueens were not printed in the base set.

I'm not sure what the set is. It looks to be from the Jungle set based on the Collection but the symbol isn't there

I was wondering if anyone could help me identify whether this is a misprint or counterfeit.

You'll have to forgive me for the bent corner, I was not a careful child.

I'd say real. To quote Bulbapedia: "In an early print run of the Unlimited Jungle set, all 16 holofoil cards were printed without the Jungle Set Symbol." https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Error_cards
