Misprint? Reshiram SR 114/113 Legendary Treasures

Hey everyone! I just joined recently so I hope i can learn a lot f new things from this forum and grab great advice!

I've had these cards for a while and i was wondering whether this was a mis print? Generally the one on the left is the one that looks fine, but the one on the right looks faded (my synopsis was that it is missing a lacquer layer?). Have you guys come across something like this? I am very positive it is not a fake card, but i just have no idea how to evaluate it.

Wait, is your question as to whether both cards or real, or just the right one? Because there certainly was a gold-colored full art Reshiram in Legendary Treasures.

My question is whether the one on the right is misprinted. The one on the left was a reference point, and I know they are both real cards. Sorry for not being clear :P

Were both pulled from official packs?

I'm not seeing any errors in the wording.

If it's legit, it's a factory error. Might be hard to verify. I've certainly never seen anything like it before.

yeah both were pulled from official packs. What are the processes for verifying. Would you go through PSA grading?

By verify, I mean finding enough other people who have a similar factory error on the same card. There's not really a way to verify factory errors, and PSA really only grades condition when it comes to Pokemon cards.
