Here's me diving underwater in Route 124 in comparison.

I don't see why yours should be all cloudy like that because it's not meant to be, unless it's either glitched or is a fake.

dude , i used to have this problem
you,re probably using an old VBA emulator
to delete this
CHECK DISPLAY SFX in the Video list from Options menu

i completed Pokemon Sapphire without knowing that and it took me too long to find out where team aqua is hiding
