HA Rain Dish
5IV Missing Attack (or 6iv if possible)
Timid Nature
Moves (not certain if any of these are egg moves?) : Rapid Spin/Toxic Spikes/Scald

Amoonguss:
Regenerator
5IV Missing Attack
Bold Nature
Spore as a move in case is an egg move.
