Morality Issue

I recently found out that I don't have the means currently to give a pokemon the move Recycle, which is needed. So I have 2 options, to go with an Action Replay or for the same price buy a new pokemon game in which I can obtain the TM for Recycle. But I don't want to buy a new pokemon game, otherwise I'd feel obligated to play through it and I already have 4 games, only 2 of which I play regularly.

But it's also very important to me not to cheat. If I did get the AR, I would only use it to get things I could get legally (you know, except for the first week where I abuse the **** out of it). My question is, would the community still consider me a cheater?

The easiest (and cheapest) way to resolve this problem is to simply trade for one in the Quick Trade Thread.
With regards to your morality question, hacking TMs and other items is generally considered to be fine. Even using Action Replay to clone is considered to be legitimate (at least, in the vast majority of the trading community). As long as you don't hack Pokémon you should be fine.
Personally, I don't like using AR, but I don't have a problem with other people using it in the ways I listed above -- that is, when they are trading with me. If they only use it for fun and don't trade the Pokémon, I don't really care one way or another. It's just a game, have fun with it! ^_^

I scrapped my Action Replay after it did significant damage to Platinum. I hacked for a Razor Fang, stupidly unaware I could obtain one RIGHT OUTSIDE OF VEILSTONE. The code I used made my bag a bottomless pit that deleted any item I stored in it. I restarted and my bag is fine, but sometimes I will enter a battle and my HP Bar and text box will be absent, my trainer sprite will be missingno (curiously with the same colors as RB Missingno), and the background will be black. This doesn't seem to happen often, and it's not too urgent.
