hahahaha I don't blame you. I am not interested in Events but if the best version of something I can get happens to be an Event, then that's fine with me. Extrasensory is pretty neat but the UT one has Metal Sound and Baton Pass as well, which are sweeter. I just noticed cloning is now PC taboo (this trade forum will selfdestruct in 1:00:00), so I suppose I will now call it action-that-shall-not-be-named ;D

How urgent is urgent? The earliest I can trade is the weekend, but if you're absolutely desperate I suppose I could swing a trade later today?

You are amazing, you know that, right? XD Tri-Attack is passed on by breeding, or...?
 
Why thank you (: As for breeding I truthfully have no idea if it is passed on. According to Bulbapedia, the only way is by purification in XD or TM in Generation I, but Bulbapedia don't know everthing xD)

I've just been checking and I don't know if it's possible to pass it on or not...according to several websites on Google, the only way of getting a Togepi with Tri-Attack is from XD itself...
