4th Gen Most efficient way to organise the boxes

Thanks everyone, but i have ordered mine in pokedex order for now as it helps with my collect all the shinies mission.

Thanks for the ideas though

well, back on Sapphire (before I restarted), I used to organized by Type...

On Pearl I tried having...

about 2-3 boxes of "special" Pokemon (My Starters, Shinies, Comptitive, and foreign Pokemon)
a box and a half or so of Legends/Events
1-2 boxes with "slave" Pokemon (those with HMs, my Ditto, Smeargle, and female starters ectect)
a box with clones (back when I used to clone)
1-2 boxes of Pokemon that I got in trades that don't fit in those categories.
the rest............................................................... I dunno what I did :p

I believe my friend has a box with 100s, a box with Unowns (seems only half-complete :p), and then a mess O_O

I REALLY need a Wii! >.<

i have the following boxes:
- Legendaries
- Pokemon to offer for trade
- Pokemon with fresh PKRS
- EVtrained pokemon
- Eggs, dont need them, no idea whats in it anymore, but cant release them
- Box for pokemon from the 1st gen, 2nd gen, 3rd gen, etc
and i release most pokemon for which i havent go a use

Just hatch your eggs...Its no problem and then release them.

Back on topic, I Organize them by type, and dual types are ones i put that are common like Dark/Ghost, Rock/Ground, Normal/Flying and so forth...

I separate like this:

Legends/Pokerus pokemon/level 100 ('cause I'm too lazy to move these to their own boxes D:)
Shinies
EV Trained
Pokemon used for Breeding
Pokemon reserved for others
Filler pokemon
Fan-made events
Events
Clones that I can trade right away
