Most Forgettable Legendary?

Okay, well it's in the title! Which legendary do you think is the most forgettable?

For me it would have to be Deoxys.

I think a lot of the Sinnoh Legendaries were pointless but I always forget this guy. Heatran is well up there too.

This. It also hasn't been featured in any movie so far and I just wonder WHY. In fact, if Darkrai wasn't so overrated, I might've remembered that fellow a little more.

Manaphy, probably. Although Cresselia would be up there too, sadly.

Raikou is another one. I only remember him because he's part of a trio. He's never really been featured in anything.

What? Lucario isn't a legendary?!?! (I know it's not really. ;))
Seriously, it would have to be either Cresselia or Heatran. I remember Regigigas as he is the leader of the regis. Cresselia and Heatran don't really have anything going for them, have not been hyped and are just there. :\ I remember most of the event legendaries as they are very exclusive and I never get them.

In my opinion, most of the legendaries introduced in the fourth generation that really didn't play a huge part in the Sinnoh space and time legend were very forgettable. (In case you don't know which these are, the Pokémon that were part of the legend were: Arceus, Dialga, Palkia, Uxie, Azelf and Mespirit.)

Out of all of the (let's call them non-space and time) legendaries of Sinnoh, I would say that Shaymin and Manaphy are the most forgettable due to their physical and battling abilities being mostly lacklustre when compared to other legendaries.

I always forget Heatran exists, and I've never seen Celebi save for opening the hearts of shadow Pokemon.
