    For whatever reason, good or bad writing i'm sure we all have at least one character whom we can't stand.

    I have a few.

    Mayuri Kurotsuchi of Bleach creeps me out so much. I think i could stand him more if he was actually a villain and not neutral. Also from Bleach, Gin, although it is nice to see a character happy all the time.

    Masaru Kato of Gantz. Think it was mainly his design, something about him was just annoying to me.

    Also any Misa Amanesque characters from anything. Misa, despite having a good back story and some funny moments her stupidity was annoying.

    Wow, I can't begin to name how many I hate.

    Since this title is the most hated character, I will choose only one. There is a new anime called Occult Academy. A particular character makes want to take my head off! Her name Kozue Naruse. I despise her very, very much! If you want to know what I mean, try watching the anime and you will commit suicide by the 5th episode, maybe earlier.
     
    I really dislike a lot of the evil characters, but one that sticks out is
    (H20 FITS) Hotaru's Grandpa. I wanted to freakin shoot him.

    A lot of Death Note characters. Notably Light, L, and Misa. Light and L are overrated fangirl yoai fodder and Misa's just annoying as all hell.

    LeLouch from Code Geass because LeDouche.

    Chikane Himemiya from Kannazuki no Miko. She just killed the whole show for me with her "selfless" selfishness.

    Minori Kushieda from Toradora! She was awesome at the beginning, but by the end, I just wanted to slap her.

    Yui from Angel Beats! Nothing against her character, it's just that SHE GOT A WHOLE EPISODE TO DEVELOP IT AND

    Well, since it says character and not characters, I'll stick with one as well. My most hated anime character is Miyo Takano from Higurashi no naku Koro ni. I mean, come on! Let me tell you what she does.

    Lelouch is a magnificent bastard, though.

    If you hate him, then you HAVE to hate Light as well...

    Anyway, for me...

    Nina. Ninaninaninaninaninaninaninaninanina.

    Yep, the Nina from Geass.

    She's so... rage-inducing and self-righteous. She should have died slowly and painfully in the end.

    And I'm not really a sadistic person... But I would have loved to watch Nina die screaming.
     
    Even though its not a character;
    I hate the "Church" in To Aru Majutsu no Index, even though its more like an organization.

    Well coincidentally enough, I also hate Light. I hate all the mentally insane characters, which just so happens to be the entire cast of Code Geass, maaaybe excluding Suzaku. Maybe.
     
    Really? Lelouch is one of my favorite characters, but I more or less hate Light.

    No one really explained why you guys hate Lelouch though.

    It was a case of decoy protagonist is my guest. He was suppose to be the awesome cool main character dude but then "everything" happened and Kurono earned his badass points and by the time Kato got back, he just wasn't cool anymore, he was meh.
     
    I've always wanted to punch Misa Amane. And Light. And Takada.

    Besides Death Note and not including anime I don't actually watch Naruto + Luffy like eaijfeaj >>, Haru from KHR! used to bother me a lot, as did Kyoko, but they both kinda grew on me. Maybe Izaya from Durarara!! because he's just so horrible, but that's really it.
     
    I may get some rage-ness for this, but I don't like Sakura from Naruto. Even in Shippuden. Before the time-skip, she's just kind of annoying and there, and I actually didn't mind her too much, but then in Shippuden, it seemed like she got too strong, as in she improved completely unrealistically, especially when none of the other characters became that much stronger. And she also still has the same personality as before the time skip, and doesn't seem to have matured that much.
    Also, I don't remember her name, but I really didn't like the main girl in Vampire Knight. As in, I stopped watching after the 6th episode because I couldn't stand her! She just wasn't strong or smart- she was just there! So why would you have an anime based around such an annoying character?
    I'm sure there are others, too, but I can't really think of them right now :P If I do, maybe I'll post them later.

    She is a bit annoying and so is Ino for that matter. Everyone else is good.
     
    I'm sure there are a lot of people out there who like these characters and I'm probably going to get some hate for saying this but I really cant stand Hikari Konohana from Strawberry Panic. Also Asuka from Evangelion, her agressiveness reminds me too much of someone I know.

    Aizawa from GTO, she did very horrible things to get rid of Eikichi.

    Ash and Dawn and May from Pokemon - Ash's annoying, so is dawn and so is may!!!!!!!!!!!
    Gin and Ririn from Bleach - Ririn because...she's not very useful unless she's beating up Kon, and Gin because of that smile....It's so scary!!
