In some of the previous Pokémon games - Emerald, Platinum, and Heart Gold and Soul Silver to be exact, there were Move Tutors who would teach your Pokémon certain moves, some of which could only be obtained in battle facilities (Emerald/HGSS) or require shards (Platinum). Here in Black 2 and White 2, they're back, and teach many of the same moves that the Generation IV games presented, such as the elemental punches, Superpower, Heat Wave and Outrage. It even brings back many of the moves that were no longer TMs in Black and White, such as Dark Pulse, Roost and Giga Drain. Additionally, in these games, unlike in Platinum, where moves always required eight shards that were usually varied, every move only requires shards of one color and can vary on the amount, between two to 10 shards or even 12 for Green Shards in the post-game.
What do you think about Move Tutors making a return in this game? Do you think it added a nice round of spice onto the Unova Pokémon like the new Pokédex as a whole did? Did you ever use the tutors in-game to teach moves to your Pokémon? Are there any moves you would have added as tutors? How well would you say this feature was implemented? Discuss.
