Moveset for Treecko

Fr0st said:
These are the best movesets... The on you posted doesnt work as swords dance boosts physical attacks not Dragon Claw, Leaf Blade, and Thunderpunch. And Earthquake is a great TM but you'd be waisting it by using it on Sceptile as it's subseed moveset is the best...

Trust me do this as you said your sceptile was a girl

1. Breed your treecko/grovyle with a male shroomish/roselia/cacturne that knows the move leech seed.
2. The resulting offspring will be a level 5 treecko knowing the move leech seed
Treecko cant breed with shroomish to get leech seed

It can go into a chain like Shroomish(M) (Leech Seed)+Tropuis(F)= Tropius(M) (Leech Seed)

Tropuis(Leech Seed) + Treecko= Treecko (Leech Seed)

or Just Bulbasaur(Leech Seed)+ Treecko

Pax is right though, just straight up sweep is better ingame

Never suggest Subseed ingame unless you want to be crap and waste time when you can easily go Special Sweeping with Leaf Blade/Dragon Claw/Crunch or Substitute/Thunderpunch.

Please don't listen to this. Pax is a knowledgable poster but he's gotta real hard on about in game being strictly sweeping.:rambo: I feel like you should always play the pokes to their best sets no matter what. If you were just rushing through the game then he's right but if your playing all the pokes and testing em out sub/seed is the way to go. Dragon claw is a good neutral to almost everything move until you get to the frontier for thunderpunch.

Always use leaf blade.

I don't find it very productive to Subseed wild pokemon when you can all-out kill them. Nothing suggests this is for the frontier seeing he isn't even willing to evolve it and even in the frontier a special sweeping set is more useful. Stalling is pretty much pointless anywhere ingame. If you want a sponge, fore example, don't get one that can only stall such as Blissey, get something like Snorlax which can both recieve Special hits and sweep.

I already evolved my Treecko, and now I am willing to evolve it once again. For now, I've only taught it Leaf Blade. For the rest, I'm choosing which suggestion in better, yours, or Fr0st's.

~*^*~~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~~*^*~

Let's stop dividing sets from in-game and competitive because as soon as D/P comes out, there's nothing stopping people from trading Pokemon from their GBA games to D/P and battling on WiFi. Soon, in-game will be competitive and suggesting all sweeping sets for every Pokemon is only going to reinforce bad habits for the noobs.

Sorry Pax - I wasn't trying to chap your buttcheeks<I don't even know what that means> I just just don't like all out sweeping sets and i have a strong tendency toward stalling anyway though so thats probably just my bias showing.

Ironically i just realized that my frontier team is a ddancing salamence, bolt/beam starmie, and curselax so you're probably right about the sweeping in frontier but please no discouraging the noobs from trying out the legit sets. Hey wait a minute ... I'm a noob

Noooooooooooooo <My head just exploded - I really wish i hadn't gone down that rabbit hole>

Actually Pax is right. Stalling ingame is pointless when you can just kill everything easily.

Then common sense should kick in and tell you not to post that.

I knew if i diagreed with pax - It was only a matter of time before mullet and husk showed up. You 2 are like starsky and hutch of this board. Hey wait a minute...

Starsky(Mullet) + Hutch(Husk)

Would that make Pax - HuggyBear. Sorry Pax i'll get your money i swear.<nervous>

Quick Aragorn Bird help, I need bad haircut from the 80's protection.

Did I give you a right to refer me as anything other than my account name? No. Thus if I were you I would refrain from doing that.

Stalling sucks. Enough said.

This should be sigged because he is cool and he said a smart thing... Too bad everyone ignored it-_-"
I'm sticking to my suggestion just because of the above quote... If you wan't to kill wild pokemon then use leaf blade/thunderpunch and throw in some PPups

This is the most pointless post I have seen in a while.
