Moving Past The First 100 Entries [Daily Bloggity Entry #101]

It's good to finally be able to write normally again. Not saying that I didn't enjoy writing the past ten entries, but rather when you come up with ideas that you want to write about and then realize you have to finish up your current series first, it's a tad annoying. However, it's now time to move past the first 100 entries. What exactly does that mean you might ask? Well, that's quite a good question lads and lasses. I want to continue to make this blog bigger and better and continue on the momentum that I believe it's been building up over these last few weeks. That doesn't mean though that I'm going to stop the series' that have been done in the past. Rather, I want the blog to be more "community based," where it will involve more and more members for fun and exciting things. As such, in the next few weeks, I'll be rolling out a few new kinds of series which are still in the planning stages:

• VS! - VS! will be a series where culture items (as in bands, movies, TV shows, etc.) will be pitted against each other and the community will vote through polls and comments which will come out on top.
• Attacking the Backloggery - In the past I used to do Rapid Reviews, but I didn't think that it was really going very well. Thus, I've been thinking of a better way to write them up and at the same time tackle the huge backlog of games that I have in store. The community will help me decide on which game to pick next from a list that I've created.
• PC Game Night - What this will entail is me getting a hand on some recording equipment and having community-based Let's Plays that will be showcased in the blog.
• Trivia (?) - I haven't exactly decided on how to execute this correctly just yet, but it would be pretty cool to have some sort of "trivia challenge" where PC members battle it out to see who can come out as the top dog.

I've got some other ideas as well, but those are a super secret (; Also, there was one other thing I wanted to talk about before wrapping this up. I was looking at my blog the other day and I noticed that the Daily Bloggity had a rating of 3 stars (average of 2.75 through 11 votes.) Now, I personally don't think that is quite accurate, but it got me thinking. What I am asking is for people to rate the entries - top right corner of the entry - so I can get some feedback. I'm not asking for a bump in the star rating, but rather an accurate display and feedback system of whether or not y'all like a certain entry and whether or not I should continue a series. If you guys could just take a few seconds to do that for each entry, that would be absolutely fantastic!

And all the rest sounds cool. I'm glad to hear you're still not burned out even after so many awesome entries and are thinking of new and innovative stuff. Keep 'em coming, I'm reading them all! :)

I was actually thinking more along the lines of myself and a bunch of other people from the community play a game together, record it, and then show it off to the community! Either can work though! (:

Or something like versus with JoshJepson and AttackingTucans, who do a speedrun of a game simultaneously and see who is the fastest https://www.youtube.com/user/versus/featured
